The Company
Here you will find information about our guiding principles, what our customers think about us, and about the management.
That's what we want to be measured against:
"Every company has its own personal culture: the sum of all >>do's and don'ts>>, especially the unwritten rules. In short, all the so-called "soft factors" that determine how people interact in the company: How does one behave toward one's customer or supplier? How do managers treat their employees?
Two laws can be observed here: How managers treat their employees is how they treat their customers. There is only one corporate culture. The inner world and the outer world cannot be separated. How it looks on the inside also radiates onto the market.......Whoever needs a "strong hand" will go to an authoritarian company to work or to buy. Those who love their own decisions and personal responsibility will seek other companies. There is no good or bad company culture. But there are suitable and unsuitable ones.
And because wise company leaders don't want to do everything themselves again, they don't have wise words written about values, they simply live them - not always, but more and more often."
